Lucid Leads Privacy & Use Policy
Lucid Leads will not share, sell, or give away any information regarding their members including but not limited to their name and/or email address.
Lucid Leads may require the use of cookies to store login session or certain other information.
Lucid Leads serves as a directory of advertiser and member websites and is therefore not responsible for the conduct, content, or privacy practices of those websites.
Lucid Leads uses financial information solely to bill the user for products and/or services. All personal, credit card, and bank account information is transferred by separate institution (i.e. AlertPay, or PayPal) over internet connections and is not stored on Lucid Leads servers.
Lucid Leads does not provide services or sell products to children. If you are under the age of 18, you may use our website only with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, please do not provide us or other website visitors with any personal information.
Lucid Leads terms and conditions may change from time to time. If such changes are made, they will be effective immediately. If you disagree with the changes that have been made, you should not use Lucid Leads.
Lucid Leads terms and conditions may be terminated at any time for any reason without notice to you.
If you are concerned about these terms and conditions of use, you should review them each time before you use Lucid Leads. Any questions or concerns should be brought to the attention of the administration by sending an e-mail to lucidleads[at]gmail.com, and providing us with information relating to your concern.
Your account area of Lucid Leads is protected by a user name and a password. Do not give your password to anyone. If you enter a section of our website that requires a password, you should log out when you leave. As a safety precaution, you should also close out of your web browser completely and re-open it before viewing other parts of the Internet. Your password is MD-5 encrypted in the database and can not be accessed even by the administration.
Lucid Leads reserves the right to use member email addresses for the purpose of periodically sending out information which we consider relevant to any and all aspects of Lucid Leads membership. Some of these emails may contain third party promotional links. You are not be required to join or buy any other program to keep your Lucid Leads account current and active. These informational emails are imperative for your success at Lucid Leads. If you decide to unsubscribe using the link in the email, your account will be deleted and no further emails will be sent. At such time all commissions due and any credits or impressions accumulated will be forfeited.
You may also receive emails from your Lucid Leads upline. This is an across the board feature, and all members can email their downline members. The amount of times per week is regulated by a script and is dependent on the member level.
To unsubscribe from these emails, you must delete your account. Whats fair for one is fair for all, and these member emails are a great benefit for all. At no time will you receive more then 3 emails per week from your upline. Your upline will not be able to see your email address when sending.
As a member, if you feel your upline is promoting inappropriate material, simply create a ticket from your members area and send us the email. We will deal with the violating member personally.
I thought long and hard about incorporating and allowing member to member emails, but decided we can all be responsible adults and can utilize this feature to benefit all. If it proves to be a distraction or is abused I will disable the feature...
Lucid Leads Terms
This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and Lucid Leads.
Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.
Unless you received prior permission from Lucid Leads, you may only register for one Lucid Leads account.
You may not promote Lucid Leads in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Lucid Leads in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Lucid Leads account and possible legal action.
Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Lucid Leads. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Lucid Leads is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.
The Service
Lucid Leads is a service that permits its members to view web pages, banner advertisements and text link advertisements from other members. Whilst viewing advertisements, the member is credited so that their web advertisements may be viewed by other members.
URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to Lucid Leads, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Lucid Leads account may also be deleted.
*No sites with illegal activity.
*No sites that promote hate, racist or otherwise morally objectionable material.
*No sites that promote tobacco products, alcohol or illicit subjects or activities (ponzis, pyramid schemes, cash gifting etc).
*No advertisements that in any way, disrupt the normal operation of the service.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No more than one (1) popup window.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
*No PTP (pay to promote) sites they are strictly forbidden.
*Lucid Leads has the full right to delete any site that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or potentially harmful to our members and their use of the web site.
If a site is reported or caught violating any of these terms, your account is automatically suspended. You must contact admin before your account is re-instated.
Affiliate Status
You understand and agree that the use of Lucid Leads is limited and non-exclusive as a nontransferable revocable affiliate. We may terminate you as an affiliate, the use of our website, and access to our website, for any reason, and without giving you notice.
Disclaimers and Limitations Of Liability
The information on Lucid Leads is provided on an ''as is,'' ''as available'' basis. You agree that your use of our website is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, any express warranties, statutory warranties, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will always be available, access will be uninterrupted, be error-free, meet your requirements, or that any defects in our website will be corrected.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any of the information provided, and are not responsible for any loss resulting from your reliance on such information.
If your jurisdiction does not allow limitations on warranties, this limitation may not apply to you. Your sole and exclusive remedy relating to your use of the site shall be to discontinue using the site.
Under no circumstances will we be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential (including damages from loss of business, lost profits, litigation, or the like), special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, under any legal theory, arising out of or in any way relating to our website, your website use, or the content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Obscene and Offensive Content
Though we do police as best we can, Lucid Leads is not responsible for any obscene or offensive content that you receive or view from others while using our website. However, if you do receive or view such content, please contact us by e-mail to lucidleads[at]gmail.com so that we can investigate the matter. Although we are not obligated to do so, we reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and remove obscene or offensive material posted to our website.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Lucid Leads against any and all actions or consequences arising from your use and/or misuse of the service.
Enforcement Of These Terms and Conditions
If any part of Lucid Leads terms and conditions are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these terms and conditions are fully enforceable and legally binding.
Guarantees
All due care will be taken to ensure continuity of service and the provision of accurate customer information, we provide no guarantee of accuracy or that the service will be available at all times. Lucid Leads reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time it sees fit. In the case of any major alteration which may adversely affect existing clients, a notice detailing the changes will be sent to all members.
Refunds
As our product is not a physical product and is delivered electronically to you immediately we generally do not offer a refund on purchases of credits or upgraded membership. We may make exceptions in situations of personal hardship or extraordinary circumstances.
